START YOURSELF WITH FAST MORNING

 



When I woke pu in the fast morning, I felt like heaven in bed. I made a deal with myself- Just 10 pushups, then I'll do back to sleep.First pushup: My hands shook as if they were rusted. 2ns: I was out of breath, I felt like I could not  do it. 3rd: Sweat broke out on my forehead - not from the workout, but from dragging myself. But the tenth... On the tenth, it felt like sleep gave in. Suddenly, even the could floor felt like my own. No gym, no heavy equipment - just me, the ground, and a little stubbornness. I took a sip of water and felt like the day hand begun.
