When it came to finding a job things were tough for Jack Ma too. He went for interviews at 30 places and they all said no. One funny story is about KFC. When KFC opened in his city 24 people applied for jobs. They hired 23 people. Not Jack Ma.
Jack Ma did not know how to use a computer. He did not know how to code. In 1995 when he went to the United States and used the internet for the time he looked for the word "Beer" and found beers from all around the world but none from China. That is when he got an idea. He wanted to connect China to the internet.
Jack Ma got 17 friends in his small apartment and started "Alibaba" without much money. People thought he was crazy. He did not give up.
Today Jack Ma is one of the successful people in China. His life story teaches us one thing: "You have not really failed until you stop trying."
Getting rejected is not a thing: if KFC had hired Jack Ma he might be working there today instead of owning Alibaba. Today might be tough but the future will be great: people say that today is hard and tomorrow will be even harder. If we keep going we will win.
