Hanumand Ramayana

It is believed that after Lord Shri Ram's victory over Ravan, Hanuman want to the Himalayas to warship God. There he composed Ramayana on the mountain rocks with his nails in which he mentioned the deeds of Lord Shri Ram. After some time when Maharishi Valmiki went to show Hanumanji the Ramaana composed by hanumanji. Seeing it, Valmiki became a little disappointed, so hanuman  asked him the reason for his disappointment, then Maharishi said that the Ramayana he has composed after hard work is  nothing in front of Hanuman's composition, so in the coming times, his composition will be neglected. On hearing this, Hanuman lifted the mountain rock on which Ramayana was written on one shoulder and Maharishi Valmiki on the other shoulder and went to the sea and dedicated his composition to Ram and immersed it in the sea. Since then, the Hanuman Ramayana written by Hanuman is not available.

Thereafter Maharishi Valmiki said that you are blessed  Hanuman, there is on one like you and he also said that he will take another birth to sing the glory of Hanuman. He has also said  this at the end of his composition.

It is believed that post Tulsi Das, the author of Ramcharitmanas, was none than the second incarnation of Maharishi Valmiki.

During the time of great poet Tulsidas, a tablet was found on the seashore which was hung at a public place so that students could read that cipher and find out its meaning. It is believed that Kalidas had deciphered its meaning and he also came to know that tablet is none other than a part of Hanumad Ramayan composed by Hanuman in his previous birth which had come here flowing with the water from the mountain rock. On getting that tablet, Tulsidas considered himself very fortunate that he got a verse of the shloka of Hanumad Ramayan.
